Each Signature comes ready with a stainless steel screen, our Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter, and our custom pressure gauge, to produce the very best in espresso.
- Pressure Kit Model (Black, White, or Chrome): Upgrades to include our custom pressure gauge, with a targeted range for espresso between 6-9 BAR, exactly that needed to brew cafe-quality shots. Also includes a piston stem and a stainless steel plunger. The Pressure Kit allows for immediate feedback while brewing, to aid in targeting a well-balanced and precise extraction.
