    If the water is boiling any more than 206°F, then it is too hot for brewing coffee.

    There are various differences between Arabica and Robusta coffee beans and the major ones are; Robusta has a stronger and more acidic taste note, and it’s more bitter than Arabica.
    Robusta bean has 2.7% caffeine content while Arabica bean has 1.5%. Arabica coffee is very rare because it is a high-land coffee meanwhile Robusta is a low-land coffee.
