How to Brew Zuma Coffee (Coarse Grind)
To extract the richest, cleanest flavours from your Zuma Coffee (Coarse Grind), follow this simple 4-step ritual:
1. Measure
Measure out 18–20g of Zuma Coffee (Coarse Grind). Add the grounds directly into the dry glass beaker.
2. Add Hot Water & Bloom
Pour 300ml of water heated to just off the boil (around 93^circtext{C} / 200^circtext{F}). Start by saturating the grounds with ~50ml of water and let it bloom for 30 seconds to release natural aromatics. Pour in the remaining water and give it a gentle, single stir.
3. Steep
Place the lid on the press with the plunger pulled all the way up to retain heat. Let the coffee steep undisturbed for 4 minutes.
4. Plunge & Serve
Slowly and steadily press the plunger down using light hand pressure until the filter mesh reaches the bottom. Pour immediately into your glass to stop extraction and enjoy.
